This is the chorus of reactions people exclaim when they taste the food Mom creates. Her common response is, “Let me see if I can remember what I did…”
Over the years, Stephanie Cram-Kiernan followed the path of her mother and grandmother. She pours her love into our bodies and souls through her culinary inspirations. Her genius lies in taking simple ingredients around her and combining them in unexpected and tasty ways. Every creation is new, unique, and delightful.

Thankfully, she wrote down numerous creations for us to try our hand at. This cookbook is a compilation of those.
With this first edition, we have handpicked classic recipes from three generations of matriarchs. You’ll see recipes from Ruth Pearson Vallone (aka Nonnie), Anna Marie Cram (aka Grammy), and Stephanie Cram Kiernan (aka Mom).

Some of these recipes are to share with everyone, but some of them are for family eyes only! We hope to add to the collection each year to create an heirloom piece to share with generations to come.
